The Faith Ministry is responsible for strengthening our relationship with God through worship, study, prayer, service, and communication. The Faith Ministry assists the Pastor with worship by ensuring that volunteers are recruited and trained and that supplies are purchased and in place. The ministry also ensures that the pulpit is filled in the Pastor's absence. Key Worship Areas:
The Faith Ministry evaluates educations needs, recruits, trains, and supports leaders and teachers, selects and provides curricula, and recognizes volunteers and students who participate regularly in Christian education. Key Educational Ministries:
The Faith Ministry works with members to equip them to listen and respond to God's call to serve. Key Tools to Identify Callings:
The Faith Ministry develops, implements, evaluates, and improves communication strategies within the congregation and the community to share opportunities for service and spiritual growth at Northwood. Key Communication Tools:
